I watched it with my dad when it aired, I was maybe 9-10, I remember he took the Secret Diary book away until I was 13 because some of the stuff in there, lol.

oh, cool. I wasn't allowed to watch it when it aired(lucky you!) but, I know the year it aired was 1990. and I was also 9-10. so, we're most likely the same age. that's neat and makes me feel more youthful. ha.
